Customer: The individual or organization using our services to book flights or hotels.
Services: Include the sale of flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other related travel services.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process.
3. Contracted Hotels
Bookings for hotels directly contracted with us are subject to special conditions which are clearly stated at the time of reservation.
These hotels may have different cancellation policies compared to third-party suppliers.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are dynamic and updated based on information from airlines and hotel providers.
Additional charges such as taxes, airport fees, or bank transaction fees may apply to the final invoice.
5. Liabilities
BookingBye acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and service providers and is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations by them.
In the event of any disputes, the customer is required to first contact our support team.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and logos on the website are the property of BookingBye and unauthorized use will be legally pursued.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the host country of our main office (UAE).
