Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BookingBye, we aim to make the refund and cancellation process clear and fair to our customers.

1. Flights

Non-refundable or charter tickets: These cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
System (scheduled) tickets: Refunds, date changes, or cancellations are subject to the airline's policies. A processing fee will apply.

2. Hotel Bookings

Contracted hotels: Cancellation policies depend on each individual contract and will be stated at the time of booking. Some bookings may be non-refundable or include cancellation fees.
Third-party hotels (international suppliers): Cancellation terms will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

3. Refund Request Procedure

Customers must send refund requests in writing to our official email: support@bookingbye.com.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the service type and the provider’s cooperation.

4. Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc.)

In the event of force majeure, we will negotiate with the providers to secure a refund; however, refunds are not guaranteed
